S4C is a Welsh Language television channel based in Cardiff and broadcast
throughout Wales. It’s the first television channel especially at a Welsh
speaking audience and S4C is the fifth oldest British television channel,
Channel 4 was launched in the rest of the United Kingdom one day late.
Now S4C signed
contract to broadcast the Rugby World Cup 2015 in England and this channel will
