Celtic will play at Murrayfield to the Champions League qualifiers

With Celtic Recreation area and Hampden being used for the Commonwealth Games, the property of Scottish soccer is the "obvious choice", says us President Chris Lawwell. Celtic is 21 factors obvious as they bid for a third subsequent headline. This year, Celtic won three Winners Team determining units to achieve the team levels of the competitors for the second year operating. Edinburgh's Murrayfield, which has a potential of 67,000, will also have a new multiple lawn message by June when the second determining circular gets under way. "Clearly we very much desire to be engaged in the Champions League determining suits in June and beginning Aug and if this is the case then we experienced it essential that our lovers know our suggested preparations as beginning as possible," included Lawwell. "We are lucky that we have such an amazing and significant assistance and clearly it is essential that we allow as many lovers as possible to be present at our suits.”Murrayfield is a spectacular floor and we are sure it will be a location which will provide a great Footballing event."

Any demand by Celtic to play outside Scotland would have been declined by European regulating body UEFA. Their guidelines condition that Champions League suits must be performed "either at the floor of the property team or at another floor in the same or another town within the area of its association". Murrayfield, which serves Edinburgh's house games in the Pro12 and Heineken Cup as well as internationals, has formerly been used as a football location. Minds and hearts used the floor for Western house connections between 2004 and 2006 as their Tynecastle message was considered too small for UEFA team competitors. Scottish Tennis home of professional functions Dominic McKay said: "We're pleased to welcome Celtic to Murrayfield for their UEFA Winners Team determining suits come early july, one of the greatest yearly game contests.”Scottish Rugby is extremely pleased of the features we have on offer in Edinburgh. This is an amazing chance of Celtic to work with us to advertise Murrayfield as a location not just for soccer, in 2014."
